Masood Sattari is a native of Afghanistan and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1987. He received his B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Cruz, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and M.S. in Construction Management from Santa Clara University. He has extensive experience serving local developers, general contractors, and subcontractors with estimating, project management, business development, leadership training, and process improvement.
Masood Sattari is the President and Estimator of Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS), founded by his wife, Khalida Nisiri, in 2016. SVCS has been serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003 and is specialized in managing teams to design, permit, and install small but complex projects involving multiple subcontractors. It is competitive in managing multi-site portfolios with complicated designs and strict schedule requirements.
He has been happily married since 2007, has no children, and lives in the Bay Area. He enjoys his time with his family /friends and volunteering for local and international charities.
